We provide comprehensive training for either beginners or to those who have some knowledge in sensors. We are always available for guidance and advice. For a better understanding of your requirement, we would prefer to meet with you to discuss them further. Are all the sensors the same?
No. Sensors vary. If your vehicle has OE tpms installed already, email us at info@tpmsplus.co.uk with your registration and we tell you the sensors you require and the cost.
What do I need to get a trade discount?
Very simple. Click on Trade button on the home page and register your company’s details. Once we receive it, we will email you with an account name and password. This will entitle you to possible trade discount once you have logged into our system.
I am an overseas customer, are you able to mark my order with a pro-forma invoice for quick customs clearance at my end?
No problem at all. All overseas shipment are provided with relevant documentation to assist you with custom clearance.
Are all your products easy to install.
Yes all our products are easy to install. If you purchased a product from the TPMS category on the home page these can be installed by yourself and take about 5 minutes to do. But if you purchased from TPMS installation then you will need a professional tyre fitter. These come with a sensor that is attached to the valve. All four tyres have to have these valves replace the old ones. The whole process will take around 1 hour to complete. The process is almost the same as putting on a new tyre so wheel balancing is essential.
Can your products be fitted to any vehicle?
Yes our sensors and valves are universal so will fit any vehicle. They are suitable for those that do not have OE type pressure installed. We have models for motorbike, caravans, trailer, light commercial and heavy commercial.
How does the trade discount work?
Your discount will depend very much upon the amount you spend with us over a period of time. Naturally if you purchase occassionally, the discount will not be the same as if you are a frequent user but our rates are very competitive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping/postage are included in the price for all ordersw in mainland UK. Prices will vary for Europe and Overseas depending on the country of destination. You will be notified of the cost by email if requested.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This all depends on the time it takes to clear the funds in order to pay for the goods. Once this has been done, it will take 7 – 10 working days for you to receive your order. Remember, we custom build your requirements and this takes time.
Are you able to do sales without VAT for overseas customers?
Yes. If the country does not pay VAT, we can sell without VAT being added on. We will check this before full processing is completed and you will be emailed accordingly
Do you ship to 3rd party addresses?
There is no problem to deliver to anywhere you desire provided it is predetermined in your profile when you register. This will come under the heading of Preferred Destinations.
Can tpms be hardwired?
Yes. The product may be hot wired. All one has to do is remove the cigarrette lighter to expose the wire. A diagram for such installation is in the manual. Please seek professional help when doing so.
I am interested in selling tpms in my garage/shop/website/as an agent. Is this possible?

Can I pay using my paypal account?
Yes of course. We would encourage customers to either use their existing paypal account or create one through the Paypal website.

Where can I get my tpms installed?
We have dedicated garages and professional individuals who are waiting to hear from you. Once your order has been processed, we will either email or text you with 2/3 professional institutions within your area. It will be upto you to make the necessary arrangements.
What should my tyre pressure be?
If you do not know the tyre pressure for your particular vehicle there are two ways to find out. The vehicles manual will list the specified information or alternatively at the top of the home page of this website we have done all the work for you. All you have to do is select the make and model and the site will tell you the correct tyre pressure.
Do I need special sensors for my car?
If your vehicle has tpms built in to then you will need special sensors. We will monitor your order and advice you accordingly of these prices. If your vehicle does not have tpms then our products which are all retro fit kits have universal sensors.
What is TPMS?
TPMS stands for Tyre Pressure Monitoring System and does exactly what it says. For every wheel of your vehicle there is a valve where are is supplied and special sensors are fitted. These sensors send signals to a wireless receiver when there are any abnormalities in any other the tyres either visually or audibly. It is then upto you to rectify the situation.
