ORDERS
Submitting an order through the website, email or post will be deemed as a contract to purchase the goods. TPMSPlus.co.uk is entitled to withdraw from the contract in case of error or inaccuracy regarding the goods or the information obtained from the information.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices are in pound sterling unless requested and dependable upon origin of order and are inclusive of postage/carriage (UK mainland only). Shipping varies according to final destination outside the UK. We will advise prior to finalization of order.
Payment will be made through the secure method of PayPal, cheque/postal order. Alternative methods of payment are available only after first order has been made and an account has been set up.
PROCESSING
After acceptance of your order and all payment has been made, TPMSPlus.co.uk will;
- Send an email confirming the order together with date of dispatch
- Provide details of garage/fitter assigned to install the product (if requested)
- Be able to print a voucher to present to the garage/fitter.
- Dispatch will take place within 7 – 10 on completion of order
AVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event that the goods are not available, the customer will be informed immediately and will be offered alternatives either to wait for desired product or be offered similar depending on information received.
PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
All our products are subject to quality control and a strict policy of inspection before listed as a product.
All products are subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time. Product descriptions are given in good faith, are accurate at the time of publication and are updated as necessary. All products are intended to provide information and if adhered to by the driver can improve fuel efficiency, tyre life and the environment.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied, or have a query regarding the product following receipt of acceptance, please contact our office as soon as possible either by post or email, within 14 days of placing the order, in order to give us an opportunity to rectify matter. You may cancel or return the goods within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase cost, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in original packaging at your cost and at your risk. Refund excludes delivery charge. You must follow the returns procedure, which will allow you to tell us the reason behind the return.
Any refund for a credit/debit card transactions will be credited to the original card as supplied in the order process. Any refund for cheque/postal order will be credited by means of a credit note.
